Members may visit http://www.iepf.gov.in/IEPFA/refund.html to claim refund from the IEPF Authority.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Act”), any amount of Dividend which remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of Seven Years (7 Years) from the date of transfer to the “Unclaimed Dividend Account” shall be transferred by the Company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (“IEPF”) established by the Central Govt. under section 125 (1) of the Act.
Unpaid/ unclaimed dividend for the financial years prior to and including the financial year 2007-08 has been transferred to the IEPF established under Section 125(1) of the Act.
Members may claim the refund of their dividend of the aforesaid financial years from the IEPF Authority established by the Central Govt. by following the procedure prescribed under the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.
Members may claim the dividends declared by the Company in last Seven Years (7 Years) i.e. from the Financial Year 2009-10 till the Financial Year 2014-15which remainedunpaid/ unclaimed, if any, directly from the Company by sending a written request for the same, thedetails of unpaid/ unclaimed dividend of the members for the last 7 years are given as below:
Unclaimed / Unpaid Dividend for the Current Financial Year:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124 (2) of the Act, the company shall, within a period of ninety days (90 days) of making transfer of the Unpaid dividend amount to the “Unpaid Dividend Account”, prepare a statement containing the names, the last known addresses and the unpaid dividend amount to be paid to each member and place it on the website of the Company.
Members may claim the dividend declared by the Company for the Current Financial which remained unpaid and transferred to the “Unpaid Dividend Account” by sending a written request to the Company for the same.
